Communities

The Midtown area of Savannah is home to many different neighborhoods. Each has it’s own vibe and feel, but most share a similar vain. Here are some of our favorites:

KENSINGTON PARK – Known for it’s curvilinear streets and the famous neighborhood pool.

FAIRWAY OAKS – Kensington’s neighbor to the west. Very similar in architectural styles and overall feel.

GREENVIEW – This is where Mid-Century Modern and tons of square footage meet.

OAKDALE – Just south of Kensington, this neighborhood offers a more affordable alternative.

MAGNOLIA PARK – Jump over the Truman Parkway and find the hidden jewel of Magnolia Park.

BLUEBERRY HILL – The other half of Magnolia Park and equally delightful.

HABERSHAM WOODS – A series of dead-end streets off of Habersham Street create this community. Known for it’s stunning architecture, ample size homes, and some Mid-Century Modern details.

JACKSON WOODS – One block south of Habersham Woods and tucked behind the YMCA
