Spring is basically here. The azaleas are blooming and temps are warming up in Savannah. The other thing that’s warming up is our local real estate market! We began to see signs of the Spring market as early as the middle of January this year, which is a bit earlier than usual. Buyers are out, mortgage rates are still at historic lows, and now is the time if you’re considering selling!

  1. ​​Professional Staging — If you only do one thing before putting your house on the market, hire a professional Stager to help you get your home in order.
