It snowed in Savannah for the first time in 30 years, Ardsley Park apparently now has a Wood Stork taking residence, and the housing inventory is at an all time low. Well hello there 2018, you’ve sure been interesting so far. As we look ahead to the rest of the year, I have to tell you Team Callahan is excited! Our mission is clear and we are ready!
SELL HOUSES – It’s no secret that there’s a lot of home sales in the neighborhood and we love being part of a lot of them. We were honored to help 181 families in 2017 and this year we have a goal to help 245 families either buy, sell, or invest. We hope that you’ll choose us to help you navigate that process when the time comes. We look forward to hosting regular Home Buyer Seminars, keeping you posted on market stats, and being your local real estate team of choice.
HAVE FUN – In case you haven’t noticed we like to have fun around here, like a lot. Stay tuned for fun displays at our little shop on Waters (you know we go big for Halloween and Christmas) and events like our Savannah Bananas night or Trick-or-Treat. And never underestimate the power of food around here. We LOVE food… and chocolate… and coffee. Like lots of coffee.
GIVE BACK – It’s just who we are. We love supporting local non-profits and giving back to our community. Our Giving Back campaign allows us to make contributions to local organizations in honor of our clients as well as introduce new people to some great organizations. The Neighborhood Food Drive has been a huge success each year and we look forward to many more.
