At Home | The Home Decor Superstore – Pooler is also set to welcome a new home décor store on a outparcel near the Tanger Outlets Savannah in late 2018. Plano-Texas based At Home is slated to open Oct. 24 with a grand opening scheduled for Nov. 10.
The Crossings at Godley Station – The Crossings at Godley Station boasts an approximately 42,000 square-foot center located just off Pooler Parkway at Grand Central Boulevard and North Godley Station Boulevard. The Shops at Pooler Parkway – The new development will be along Pooler Parkway, across the street from the West Chatham YMCA. The building with six different retail stores. The owner of this development is a veteran paratrooper who lives in Pooler.
Aldi Grocery Store – A second international discount supermarket chain is moving ahead with plans to open a location in Pooler. The city’s planning and zoning commission voted to recommend approval of site and landscape plans for a 19,054-square-foot Aldi grocery store on a 2.4-acre lot at the corner of Maxwell Drive and Trader’s Way. Both supermarket chains are German in origin and offer similar fare at discounted prices, although Aldi has been operating in the U.S. for several years and Lidl is in the midst of the first phase of its expansion into the U.S. Like the Lidl location, however, it appears the Pooler Aldi would be a first in the region.

Vaden Chevrolet – NOW OPEN! Vaden Chevrolet will also be opening a new Pooler dealership in early 2017. The plan for Vaden Chevrolet Pooler includes the dealership, maintenance shop, car wash and a seven-acre display lot on the southeast corner of the Tanger property, adjacent to Interstate 95.
Savannah Quarters Publix – NOW OPEN! Plans for a new, 46,000-square-foot Publix grocery store at the entrance of the Savannah Quarters community on Blue Moon Crossing received approval for development from the Pooler City Council. A traffic signal will need to be installed at Blue Moon’s intersection with Pooler Parkway before a certificate of occupancy for the store would be issued. The development also includes 5,600 square feet of additional commercial space.

Lidl Grocery Store – The site is currently the wooded area on Park Avenue at the intersection of Canal Street behind the former Cancun, proposed Dunkin Donuts building. This is directly across from Publix’s existing store at Pooler Marketplace.. The proposed building will be 36,170-square-foot. Lidl is a German grocery store, similar but somewhat more upscale and larger than Aldi.
