As many of you know, the current Government shutdown has directly impacted the US Coast Guard. The men and women who serve in these Units are still at work on behalf of all of us in Savannah and Tybee but are not getting paid due to the shutdown.
WE WANT TO HELP! We are collecting gift cards in increments of no more than $20 for our local Coast Guard families.
AND Team Callahan will MATCH any gift cards delivered to our office UP TO $10,000.
Gift cards should be dropped off at our office (3107 Waters Avenue) through February 1st and we will deliver them as they come in to the local Marine Rescue Squadron (MRS) station for distribution to our local USCG stations.
💥1.21.19 UPDATE: We’ve collected $1,220 in gift cards! We’re matching dollar for dollar which makes the total (so far!) $2,440.
