Responsibilities:

  • Communication
    • Understands that the real estate industry is not a 9-5 job and willingly participates in communication outside of normal office hours
    • Foster customer loyalty/referrals through high quality interactions at each step. Client care and coordination. Keep the lead agent informed regarding problems or issues that have been handled or need support. Always owning the responsibility of completion. 
    • Provide proactive communication and regular updates to all Seller clients. Answer questions before they are asked. 
    • Understands that they are an extension of our Team reputation and protects our Team culture by providing exceptional customer service and experience knowing that it’s their number one priority
  • Leadership
    • Set our Lead Agents up for success by providing daily recaps and proactive communication, keeping them organized and prepared for appointments, and closing the loop on loose ends.
    • Management of VA/Runner support through effective systems and task planning
    • Showing up as a Team player daily by providing support, being prepared for all meetings, and always willing to lend a helping hand
  • Listings
    • Maintain accuracy and updates in Team database
    • Update Team spreadsheets and reports regularly so most up to date information is provided
    • Prepares/coordinates all listing documents for Sellers and audits all listing files for compliance. Owns responsibility for completion. 
    • Actively manages listing timelines and consults/coordinates with Seller on photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, access requirements, and marketing activities
    • Accurately builds listing in MLS to include remarks, photos, and details. 
    • Manages marketing plan for all listings including Open Houses, eblasts, and social media 
    • Manages ShowingTime and instructions for each listing as well collecting all feedback from showings. 
    • Manages organization and review of all offers received on listings. Prepares any necessary documents for Lead Agents.  Delivers fully executed and compliant contract to Closing Team. 
  • Operations Team
    • Ensure that 100% of Listing clients are introduced to The Promise. 
    • Provide 5-star service to create raving fans who write 5-star reviews.
    • Main point of contact for handling customer inquiries and calls. Respond to all incoming communication the same day within normal business hours. 
    • Provide a welcoming first impression to all incoming calls, visitors, and clients. This includes keeping our office tidy and presentable at all times. 
    • Actively participates in coaching and training provided by Team and Keller Williams. 
    • Takes an active role in Operations Team masterminds and event planning
