1. Schedule An Appointment
The first step is to hire a professional. That’s us! Just because someone has a real estate license, doesn’t mean they have the skills needed to sell a home in today’s market. With a combined 66+ years in real estate, our Team is ready to help!
The Listing Consultation typically takes place at your home (the property you’re selling) and takes about 30-45 minutes. This way we can come to you and take a look at the property in person. Data and sales history is great, but nothing beats walking the property ourselves. We’re able to check out the upgrades, finishes, and unique things that make up your home. And don’t worry about making your house spotless! We’ve seen it all.

2. Allow Us To Create A Strategic Plan
Once we meet with you we’ll create a strategic plan to get your home SOLD. Our strategic plan will be custom just for you and often times includes the following:
- Pricing it right! – The local real estate marketing is always changing. Making sure we stay ahead of the curve with pricing is critical. Priced too high out the gate and we could overshoot. Price too low and buyers might wonder what’s wrong. Our goal is to get you the most money possible for your home in the shortest amount of time.
- Professional Staging – Staging is the process of getting your house ready for potential buyers to see. This means making sure your house looks as appealing as possible and addressing any disrepair so that it can sell quickly. We’ll arrange for our Professional Stager to visit your home (on our dime!) and provide a complimentary staging consultation. #hellochecklist
- Custom Marketing Plan – With professional photos, a strategic launch that could include an Open House, and the latest social media trends, we’ll craft a plan that will have your home buzzing with buyers!
3. Let’s Execute The Plan Together
At the end of the day, we’re all in this together! With your help preparing your home for sale and our expert knowledge of the market and skilled negotiation, we’ll get your home sold.
