There are a lot of moving parts throughout the process and communication is key. Additionally, you want an experienced agent who will help you prepare your property and showcase it in the best light. Think staging, professional photos, and a strong marketing plan.
You only get one chance to make a great first impression to prospective home buyers. You want to make sure that all the little repairs and deferred maintenance around your house are completed. Anything that could distract a Buyer like a crack in the ceiling or mismatched paint should be addressed. You want to make sure everything is clean and put together. We want Buyers to walk through your home and have a good experience.
