I often say real estate is the best career I never saw coming and now something that I can’t imagine my life without. Over the past 14+ years in the industry, I’ve grown from part-time admin to Partner in ownership at Team Callahan. It has been a journey full of opportunity, twists and turns, and ridiculous amounts of growth.
Today I run our company. My focus, in addition to day to day operations, is to oversee all of our client and community events, spearhead our marketing, and provide coaching/training to our team, all the while focusing on continued growth for our business. To say I’m an avid learner is an understatement. Soaking up knowledge from books, podcasts, masterminds, trainings, and regular conversation with people who are great at what they do helps me to continue to lead our team toward success.
