Step 1: Consultation

Either myself or Don Callahan will come out and look at your property, take note of any finishes or additions that have been done that add additional value. After the consultation we will come to an agreement on price. After that, we will have some agreement documents signed!

Step 2: Home Preparation

We really help our sellers to prepare their home to be best received by the market, utilizing professional stagers and photographers. Doing these two things really set your home up for success. Stagers will come to your house and stage it, then you’ll be left with a to-do list of action items that need to be taken care of, once those are done a professional photographer will come and take photos of your home!

Step 3: Execute Our Marketing Plan

Next, our listing team will devise a plan to market your property best on all platforms. We’re talking social media, advertising to local real estate agents, yard signs, and more! Your property will go active on the MLS and the fun begins!

How Long Does All Of This Take?

It is hard to give an exact timeline of how soon we can get your property on the market, because it all depends on how quickly and efficiently we can complete these steps. We’ve had some properties go on the market a week after signing documents and others a few months. So it all depends. Our main focus is creating a timeline that works best for our seller.
