Spring Has Sprung Early in Savannah Georgia!

(and we’re not just talking about the weather)With the azaleas starting to bloom, the tulip trees out in full force, and even the pine pollen raining down, one might think we’ve hit Spring in Savannah. And it’s exactly the same with the real estate market. We launched out the gate on January 1st and have not slowed down yet! This January has been one of the busiest we’ve seen in years. And we’re not alone. Across the board, it seems the Spring selling season has come early.

Our new listings are going under contract within days of going on the market and some of our buyer clients have even seen multiple offer situations. We’re encouraging our seller clients to take advantage of this market and not wait until the typical Spring selling season (March or later) to put their house on the market. Clearly there is a demand for housing now, especially with interest rates predicted to continue to rise.
